RETURN POLICY

All of our items are covered by a 90-day quality guarantee!

Returns are accepted for new and unworn items for Store Credit or Exchanges only, and must be initiated via message. Items are to be in mint condition, in original packaging and sent back within 7 days from the item’s date of delivery - US orders only.

We don’t accept returns for International shipments, already exchanged items, or items marked 'Final Sale' in product descriptions such as Custom Made items.

Please note, we are typically unable to provide refunds unless the fault is ours. All of our jewelry is crafted with high-quality materials and made to last. However, we are happy to help with any situation so please reach out with any concerns

PLEASE NOTE THAT Silver jewelry will naturally tarnish over time.
Our materials are high quality and we encourage you to take good care of your jewelry.

Keep your jewelry away from contact with water.
Please remove the jewelry before washing hands, swimming or applying body care products such as perfume, hairspray, soaps and lotion as this could harm the metals and reduce the lifetime of plating, as well as cause discoloration and loss of crystal brilliance.
Avoid contact with water
Avoid hard contact which could cause scratches, chips and other damage.

CUSTOMS / DUTY CHARGES

Your order may be subject to import duties and taxes, which the customer will be responsible for covering.

We have no control over your country's customs officials. Some countries will charge duty for international packages and others will not, and all at different rates!

Most packages go through without any charges, it is somewhat random, but please be advised that we have no control over how your country charges duty. We are not responsible for any extra charges at custom for international orders.

Please still be aware of any custom charges YOUR shipping country may have. THESE ARE NOT EXTRA SHIPPING CHARGES! So please find out about your country’s customs and duty policies before placing your order.

Warranty

I offer a 15-day warranty for repair or replace manufacturing faults free of charge. If your jewelry is outside of the warranty, you will be paying the shipping fee to deliver the item to me for repair and back to you.
After 15 days I will charge a small fee depending on the condition of the jewelry. You will pay for both ways shipping. Currently average processing time is 4-5 weeks (excluding shipping)

Shipping & LOST/ DAMAGED PACKAGES

Note: Weather, Customs and other factors may delay the shipping for weeks. The timings are given as an estimation.

Any delay at the destination countries are beyond my control. Buyers are responsible for any duties or custom charges that may be incurred.

Please make sure you provide the correct address! I am not responsible for incorrect address therefore if your order is returned due to incorrect address or if you don't pick up your order, from the post office or FedEx, a shipping fee will be charged to ship it again.

Once an order is shipped, FedEx or USPS takes over the responsibility to deliver that order. In all cases that an order is already marked as "delivered", we are not responsible for any LOST/ DAMAGED packages.

Returns - 30% Restocking Fee for 14K solid gold Custom crafted Jewelry. Buyers are responsible for return shipping costs.

Custom Order Policy

Your custom product is built to your specification, your order cannot be cancelled, changed, refunded and/or credited for another product purchase.

A 'Custom Order' is defined as any product that is made-to-order, or any product that was not in-stock and readily available to ship at the time of purchase.

Custom orders are deemed Final Sale and are not able to be returned or refunded.

Once production has commenced all costs of production have been incurred therefore a cancellation is no longer possible, and the custom order cannot be refunded.
